Shri E RATAN KUMAR
Shri E. Ratan Kumar has assumed Charge as Executive Director on 24th November 2025. Earlier he was handling Digital Transformation of the Bank as Chief General Manager – Tech.
He is B.E (Computer Science) from REC (now NIT), Allahabad and M. Tech in Artificial Intelligence & Robotics from Hyderabad University. He also did his Masters in Financial Management from, NMIMS, University of Mumbai.
He had varied experience in the Banking as In-charge of Mid Corporate Branch, Corporate Finance Branch; as Senior Regional Head and Zonal Head. Having a varied Experience both in Operational Banking and Technology with a strong insights of Process Re-engineering, he brings a rich and impactful knowledge to the Organisation.
Prior to the current assignment he also held various Departments in the Bank such as Information Technology Department, Planning & Development, Business Process Re-engineering Department, Credit Monitoring, CDR Cell etc. Some of the key projects being handled are Omnichannel and Digital Lending Platform out of the many others. Overall, he has 3 decades of experience both in Technology and Banking together.
As Chief General Manager–Technology, he is driving Digital initiatives and spearheading the most important Project “Digital Strategy and Transformation” in the Bank.
